The Miss West Virginia's Outstanding Teen Organization and Pageant, an official preliminary to the Miss America's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Program, showcases some of the most talented, educated, and socially aware women of our state. The goal of this organization is to promote the education of young women ages 14-17 who reside in West Virginia, by providing educational scholarships at every local pageant and the annual state pageant.
